iSeries of products from Visible Inventory provide highly accurate, real-time inventory
control for many industries and a wide range of items. Our SuppliLink
software together with Visible Inventory Transmitters and Receivers collect the real-time
information from each remote sensor and populate the SuppliLink database.
From there, quantity, status and reorder information can be viewed through
SuppliLink, emailed or viewed over the Internet using Visible Inventory's iVision
product.

iSeries of products were developed to address the needs of manufactures,
distributors and healthcare organizations that require highly accurate,
real-time control of their inventories. In these environments, costly
"safety" inventories or crippling shortages due to inaccurate counts,
misplaced items and delays in communicating replenishment requests to
suppliers cannot be tolerated. The Visible Inventory technology specifically addresses
these issues.

Visible Inventory's iSeries products continuously measure and communicate their
inventory level to the SuppliLink software. From there, it can be communicated
to specific points in your Supply Chain.

Emails to internal personnel or remote suppliers can be automatically sent
when an iSeries product reaches a specific re-order quantity.

Custom views by planner/buyer, work cell, product line and commodity
are easily setup. With a single mouse click key personnel can see their
items and view their current, real-time status.

Our Replenish view indicates the items that are at or below their replenishment
level. This screen is self-refreshing. As iSeries products are refilled
those items are automatically removed from the view. This screen can
be permanently displayed in a stockroom or warehouse to continually
and automatically indicate the items that need to be replenished.

Summary emails to suppliers can be automatically generated at timed intervals indicating just the items
that are at a replenish point or the quantities of all items. This feature
allows your supply chain to track real-time usage information.

The SuppliLink software stores and records important information for
each iSeries product. Part number, description, location, supplier,
replenish quantity, maximum quantity and specific email instructions
are just a few of the key elements.

SuppliLink software allows a single part to be tracked across multiple
sensors. Usage and replenishment information can be analyzed by location
or summarized.

Each iSeries sensor has its own unique Settling Time setting. This feature
allows the whole bin or individual items to be removed and analyzed
without the worry of triggering unwanted transactions.

Supplier emails can be customized to include special instructions, Purchase
Order numbers and other key information.

The wireless network assures the
integrity of the system via a reliable communication
protocol. The user will be notified if the system is
unable to communicate with the sensors. -
SuppliLink can also post replenishment and usage information to an Intranet
or Internet web site allowing other locations, remote personnel and
suppliers to easily view this information with our iVision product.
